General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Seller Identification

Trésors Figés — Handcrafted Emotional Jewelry. Contact us via our form.

2. Products

Each piece of jewelry is a unique handmade creation, made from elements sent by the customer. Due to their personalized nature, jewelry cannot be exchanged or refunded unless there is a proven manufacturing defect.

3. Orders

Any order implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. The order is confirmed upon receipt of payment and the elements to be preserved.

4. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes. Trésors Figés reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one in force at the time of the order.

5. Payment

Payment is due in full upon order. Transactions are secured via Shopify Payments.

6. Manufacturing and Delivery Times

Manufacturing times range from 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the creation. Delivery then takes 3 to 7 business days within metropolitan France.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
